Bette gave the report of the Library:
A plan is in the making to make our County more visible. We are charged to think of
ways to make a difference. Look within our county and to the people to find ways to reach
out: Find new experiences, Regroup for their minds and needs, Reach our Youth.
This is a Goal for 2025.
The financial report for end of year showed operational expenses totaling $45,854.62 which
is less than FY23/24 due to the cost of the WiFi program. The current count of patrons is
11,137 an increase of 2.44% from last year. 22 new registrations for the period totaled 22.
The Library has a need for more lighting in the front area and there is a mold issue in the teen

Book Store was closed due to snow and painting the last 2 weeks. Looking to advertise
when reopening with a special celebration. The Friends are having plans redrawn for the
Pergola to be replaced.
